 We provide effective and interactive instructional design and facilitation for diversity training, cultural competency and social justice education. This may include serving as a keynote speaker, workshop/training series facilitator, experiential learning instructor, "town hall" meeting moderator and other educational roles. ​  Often, we look at diversity and inclusion through social identities such as religion/spirituality, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, abilities and accessibility, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, size, and others.   Whether we focus on a singular or multiple social issues and/or identities, our work is informed by intersectionality and inclusion.  Often, we link culture, law, teaching methods, coaching strategies, and best practices to develop a empowered and competent team. 

Highly Interactive Workshop Facilitation

The workshops can be provided as a one-time experience  or a series for your organizational members.  We design the experiential learning based on the learning outcomes, type of audience and size of the group.  We are known for being effective and appreciated facilitators, not only with content but also delivery.  We enjoy meeting the goals while offering a memorable, helpful learning experience.

Institutional & Train-The-Trainer Programs

We can train select team members from your organization to provide ongoing training for the organization.  We will provide an highly interactive, demonstrative facilitation training for particular or multiple topics .  For example, you can select organizational members who can be trained to facilitate dialogue groups, safe zone workshops, diversity training and other customized training.

Keynote Speaker/Moderator/Panelist

We are available to share our wit & insight for leadership conferences, diversity training, retreats, diversity awareness days and social justice education opportunities.  Our consultants can serve as keynote speakers, forum panelists, "town hall" meetings moderators, and master of ceremony (MC) for special diversity awards or events.
