Executive ServicesWe provide executives or administrators with private coaching, training or consulting about a particular challenge or concern. We can work with an appointed representative or select group of organizational leaders.

Training & Education We provide effective and interactive instructional design and facilitation on diversity, cultural competency and social justice. This may include serving as keynote speaker, workshop/training series facilitator, "town hall" meeting moderator, forum panelists, or other events.

ConsultationWe provide leadership and guidance for organizational development, institutional programs, inclusion methods and cultural climate strategies. This includes diversity assessment, post-diversity reports and critical incidents.
